• Whiskey #1: A beautifully balanced 7YO Single Grain Whiskey from one of Irelands newest distilleries, matured to perfection, offering deep, layered flavors with hints of dried fruits.
• Whiskey #2: A standout Single Malt selection from Irelands oldest distillery aged 10 years, brimming with tropical fruit, and embodying the heritage of Irish whiskey.
• Whiskey #3: A 12YO Single Pot Still release matured in a combination of bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, and named after the distillery where it was first made, now sadly closed. Rich complex but still approachable. Everything you could ask for in a whiskey.

You will also receive a free tasting jounal with your subscription which will allow you to record your tatsing journey each month.
